Kigiku in Augsburg

We ordered vegetarian sushi (ohana plate) and tempura vegetables in Kigiku today. The dishes were excellent. I have never eaten such delicious sushi with cucumber! We would love to come again!

Hello, Yesterday I got my sushi here for the first time. The sushi was delicious and the quality was good. We had one of the "plates", unfortunately these were incorrectly equipped. We noticed that too late, as we naturally took it home with us in Corona time. Unfortunately the two tuna nigiri were missing in the box. But nevertheless it was super delicious and we will get sushi there again. And it's a bit annoying that you can only pay in cash ;-)

I was there last weekend and normally I would expect the waiter to turn us down since normal people have a plan when they go out and if someone wants to go eat sushi in corona times , you would reserve a table , but he was really friendly and found us a spot that was free for 1-2 hours. The sushi was AWESOME guys. So 5 Stars well deserved 😉

Fast and friendly service. And the food is really wonderful. My absolute favorite restaurant when it comes to sushi. In my opinion there is no better place in Augsburg. If you don't want to eat in the restaurant, you can order in advance and pick up the food. The restaurant is also quite nicely decorated. I especially like the tables and chairs. A great recommendation from me!

The food was very tasty and I think it's good priced for sushi. In addition, the order was in no time at the table. The only downer: it was only possible to pay in cash. However, it looked as if it was only temporarily. In Corona time, all tables on the terrace are far enough away from each other.

had an unsightly brown plate that was still broken at the edge-I ate Japanese sushi for the first time, think that was also the last time-salad garnish was missing (middle) as in the picture-brutally dry the whole thing. Sweet and sour souce in mini format. I didn't like it sory, 75 € for three people is already meager what you get served.

There is simply great sushi here 😊 I've always been very satisfied so far No matter whether I ordered it or ate it on site. Service is just perfect 👌🏼

Not very Japanese, and the ratio rice/ingredients is too high. Service was a bit slow but kind.

The professionalism of the waiters is really impressive. Just right to be able to finish off a dessert afterwards. All tables were cleaned excellently and the seating was extremely comfortable. I was completely pleasantly surprised. We'll both be back for sure.

Tuna served semi-dry :( NO original Kikkoman soy sauce !! Homemade soy sauce, if you like this totally sweet, you're in luck! Ate here for the first and last time! Service was okay :)

Been there twice, and gladly again and again. Very friendly staff, you have to wait a little longer for the food to come but it is super delicious and is freshly prepared. The taste of the sushi is mega delicious, also when it comes to the skewers just top. Would love to come back, keep it up.

The location is easy to reach! The good transport connections make a visit quickly feasible. Not only the attentive local staff was the total bestseller during my visit, but also the great flair. I think the prices are also completely fair. Test that great cuisine, the menu is usually for something for everyone.

Best sushi in town! Better book for end of week or weekend, otherwise it is possible to just drop there. Calm and nice atmosphere for dinner with friends or family. Service is good.

Good, but the sushi was too warm the I went. I don't know if it is always like this. The service is good and they speak english, which is very helpful if you don't speak german.

We received a very friendly service and served. The sushi is very aromatic and tasty. You can taste the freshness of the ingredients. The place is very busy, so a reservation is recommended. The restaurant is just to be recommended and we will definitely be back.

The sushi did not taste like anything only one of them tasted to fishy. My friend found a piece of plastic in one and a hair in the Grill skewer.

We travel since more than 2 years around the world and spent the most of the time in Asia. We know how good food looks like, taste like and we know what a good service is. We ordered 3 types of sushi. The food wasn't made with love or anything else. Just rice rolls filled with food that are pretty tasteless for us. The restaurant was still packed with people and the server was super stressed. No smile and we felt forced to leave the place as soon as possible for new guests. If you don't care about taste and good service and you just want cheap sushi than is this your place.

While this restaurant used to be good, it has become worse recently. Which is not to say that the sushi tastes bad -- that is, if you can put it in your mouth without it falling apart. They don't put any effort into rolling it and this provides for quite a bad customer experience.
